Boxing For Parkinson’s Classes

Parkinson’s boxing classes are non-combat workouts. This class is designed to help you to progressively improve hand-eye coordination, agility, speed, develop core stability, hand eye coordination, balance and increase cardiovascular capability, endurance, and strength. Parkinson’s boxing classes typically range from 60 to 90 minutes.

Yoga For Parkinson’s Classes

This program includes functionally based exercises, both seated and standing, as well as selected yoga postures and breathing exercises to address the earlier symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease. Exercise will help to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness.

Physical Therapy For Parkinson’s

This program includes functionally based exercises, both seated and standing, to help you regain some of your physical capabilities and address the earlier symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease. Exercise will help to improve strength, flexibility, balance, overall fitness. Classes are typically 60 minutes.
